3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are NOT available in these cases:
- After the 7-day guarantee period has expired
- For renewal payments (only first payment is covered)
- If your account was terminated for Terms of Service violations
- For partial months (no pro-rated refunds)

5. Refund Processing Time

6. Account Access After Refund
Once a refund is processed:

7. Cancellation vs. Refund
